Piccolo Tomato Salad with Sumac and Pomegranate Molasses
200 g Piccolo tomatoes, halfed
1 red onion, sliced into half moons
1 tsp sumac
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
¼ cucumber, sliced into half or quarter moons
Add all ingredients to a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle a little extra sumac over the salad. Enjoy alongside a main dish.
