Some close friends did & they were all little boys

Woah it’s Christmas already, 2008 has flown by & it’s time to stuff my face with tons of turkey, potatoes, prawns & fruit cocktail trifle not to mention all the gifts

On Monday, mom & I went to the Crematorium and take flowers with us for my grandparents, I normally did this with my grandfather a few times a year, but now he’s gone too and this will be my 1st Christmas without him, it feels kinda weird. I hope he’s having Turkey up in the sky with my Grandmother knowing that we are thinking about them *hugs*. After putting the flowers down near the book of remembrance, we laid a single red rose next to the tree we scattered my grandfather’s ashes around *sigh*

Anyhoo, I hope you all have the greatest Christmas full of gifts, belly popping food & tv movies, I know I will! Dad is over from Paris for Christmas and I’m jetting off to Paris for New Year which will be a cool break!

Thanks to Santa Claus my dad I’ve now become addicted to the Nintendo Wii. A few weeks ago he bought the Nintendo Wii & Wii Fit complete with Wii Sports & Wii Play

The day it got delivered, I set it up and started playing bowling & tennis (my favorite games so far) and it was funny jumping around like an idiot! But the worse was yet to come… when I played tennis with mom later that week, instead of hitting the invisible ball with the remote, she ends up wacking me in the arm so hard I dropped to the floor out cold, it hurt like hell

But the best bit about it is the Wii Fit, when we started playing it, mom & I couldn’t stop laughing our heads off at doing Yoga poses, ski jumping, step aerobics & jogging. It is truely one of the best inventions ever. I’ll leave you now with some photos of unboxing as well as my mom & brother in action LOL

Sitting with mom the other night, I was craving something sweet to eat but there was nothing around so I ended up baking a cake at 8pm! I cheated though, it wasn’t my own recipe, it was a box mix from Betty Crocker & it turned out really yummy!

Once it was done baking, I decorated it with white buttercream icing, coconut shavings then dyed some of the icing red to pipe Merry Xmas & jazz it up a little bit

The cake is really moist and yummy, however, the icing is a little bit sickly so don’t take a huge slice like I did & end up not being able to finish it

*screams at the top of her lungs* :grr:

For nearly 48 hours my blog has decided to battle a bad case of PMS & take forever to load resulting in no one really being able to access my blog! I have no clue why >.<

I thought it was because of the changes I've made over the past week or so, but I switched to a blank default theme & that still won’t load therefore it’s not the theme or the plugin’s I use. The weird thing is, I can access the dashboard/admin area and type this post but viewing the theme (any theme) won’t work *cries*

It’s not a server problem (at least I don’t think so) because I host Sou’s blog and it’s working perfectly, same with my forum & a few sub-domain’s I’m working on in the background.

Therefore, I’m clueless….

Update: Finally it’s up after a few days of downtime & I’ve jazzed it up a little! God I’ve missed this place!

Just when I was going to get into bed, dearest little doggy decides to vomit on the duvet cover!

I run to get a cloth to clean it all up & flush it down the toilet when I start heeving and proceed to vomit as well after seeing/smelling other vomit!

I shouted for my mom to get me water & she burst out laughing I’m now in bed feeling queezy & the dog is snoring his head off like nothing happened!

No more little treats for him!

Really… I do! I hate the fact my lips get all chapped up, your skin gets ultra dry, your hair looks so miserable, you freeze to death like an ice cube & you slide all over the place from ice :grr:

Recently the weather has been terrible, I really don’t remember it being this cold at the same time last year! It’s so bad that I’ve resorted to keeping the heating on in my apartment 24/7 (something I never do) and covering myself with a huge ass blanket for extra warmth while sitting on the sofa, but still I’m freezing >.<

Last week, the temperature dropped to -5°c while at my grandfather’s mom’s house, we were both shivering like mad, turned the heating up & drank some hot chocolate but when going to bed it was so bad I had to sleep with socks on, plus little doggy dog was curled up next to me for extra warmth, so he was like a mini hot water bottle

Anyhooo, I don't think I have anything else to bitch about, the temperature is currently 7°c and raining. Well I could start bitching about how my favourite shoes got all wet this afternoon while out shopping with my parents (dad is back in town until Monday ), my poor shoes... I hope they survive!
